Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BD&A) Spring Fling Raises $100,000

In its eighth year, Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BD&A) Spring Fling fundraiser once again raised an astonishing $100,000 for the Swedish SummeRun. During the first two weeks of spring, each department at BD&A holds its own "fundraiser". These events range from barbecues, dunk tank challenges, mini silent auctions, and customized wine bottles to "BD&A Idol". BD&A matches the funds raised by the employees dollar-for-dollar and donates the entire amount directly to the Marsha Rivkin Center.

In 1984 local entrepreneurs Eric Bensussen and Jay Deutsch started BD&A out of their garages. Today, the company employs over 350 people in their headquarters in Woodinville and other locations around the world. "The passion and dedication to the Marsha Rivkin Center stems from Eric and Jay each losing a loved one to ovarian cancer. But the energy and generosity comes from the entire staff of BD&A, and that's what makes the Spring Fling so special," says Dr. Saul Rivkin.
