Abstracts

Late breaking abstracts will be accepted online June 17 – July 18. We will notify late-breaking submissions by August 1, 2008. All late-breaking abstracts will be considered for poster presentation only and travel awards are not available unless otherwise designated by the Planning Committee.

The Planning Committee is soliciting abstracts with direct or potential applicability to ovarian cancer. Submitting authors with the most meritorious abstracts will be invited to present during scientific sessions or at the poster session. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference syllabus and online.

Abstracts will be accepted in all areas of basic and clinical research or care including but not limited to:

• Early Detection
• Etiology and Pathogenesis
• Diagnostics, Imaging and Prevention
• Risk and Risk Management
• Tumor Microenvironment
• Targeted Therapies
• Novel Therapeutics
• Clinical Trials

Clinicians, basic scientists and allied health professionals at all levels are encouraged to respond to this call for abstracts. A limited number of travel awards will be available from the Marsha Rivkin Center with priority given to meritorious abstracts and junior investigators. Conference and dinner reception fees will be waived for the submitting author of accepted abstracts.

Abstracts and appropriate contact information should be submitted online by June 16, 2008. Successful applicants will receive notification and an invitation to present by July 1, 2008. Late breaking abstracts will be accepted online through July 18, 2008. Successful late-breaking applicants will be receive notification by August 1, 2008.
